Draft v0.1, for legal review, not yet in force
The rules for using TEGO's website and your customer account: quotes, signing in, what you may and may not do, and who answers for what.
This website and your customer account are run by TEGO Platform Ltd, BRN C26237531, Telfair, Moka, Mauritius, called TEGO in these terms.
TEGO compares motor insurance and arranges cover as an insurance broker applying for its FSC licence.
What TEGO does for you as a broker, from your choice of insurer to the premium, is set out in the terms of business:
What TEGO does with your personal data, and what it keeps in your browser, is set out in two notices:

Prices shown are indicative until confirmed by the insurer.
Each price is worked out from that insurer's rate table, on the answers you give.
TEGO keeps your quote under a reference and emails you its link. The link and the prices in it last 30 days.
A quote is not an offer of insurance, and nothing else on the website is either. There is no cover until the insurer confirms it.
The insurer may confirm the price, change it, or decline to cover you.
The website's text, design and code belong to TEGO.
The insurers' names and marks belong to each insurer.
Clause 4.4 says what you may do with TEGO's content.
This clause is for a lawyer to write. It must cover at least three points: prices are indicative until the insurer confirms them; the insurer's policy wording, not the website, decides what is covered; and the website may at times be unavailable.
The laws of Mauritius govern these terms.
